This course is designed for people who want to explore the heart rhythm of their creative journey. 

It is not a "how to " class, rather and conviction in creativity. The facilitators will gently and skillfully lead you in ways of unlocking and engaging with your own strength and passion. Learn to trust the quiet voice within and explore a variety of mediums.  Sessions include journal making, painting, creative writing, voice, movement, sculpting and mosaics to name a few. its about discovering a place of inner authenticity, strength

Week 1. Who am I? make your own journal

Week 2. Personal creed 

Week 3. Letting go to let come

Week 4. Bridges

Week 5. Road blocks and hazzards - Mozaic play

Week 6. Creating from play - Fun with sculpture!

Week 7. Going to where the life is within.

Week 8. Creating from contemplation.

 

Cost is $350 for eight weeks includes, all materials, tea coffee & light supper.
